However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward, ensuring a smooth resolution if you need to return a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We gladly accept returns for most standard, non-personalized items purchased directly from issimodesigns.com within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to: made-to-order items, personalized or monogrammed goods, fine jewelry (for health reasons), and any digitally downloaded products. Clear indications will be provided on product pages for non-returnable items.

2. Initiating a Return & Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service team via the designated contact form on our website within the eligible return period. You will need to provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will then review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship any items back without an authorized RMA number, as we may not be able to process your refund.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the incorrect item) or a defective product. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service for your return, as Issimo Designs cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

3. Inspection, Refunds & Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return condition criteria. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.

Upon successful inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund and post it to your account. This usually takes 5-10 business days after we issue the refund.

Please be aware that the original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not our fault. Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item following the process above. Once your return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures you can secure the new item promptly while your return is being handled.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact our customer service team immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the item back at no cost. Upon receipt and verification, we will promptly ship out the correct item in perfect condition or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges, based on your preference.

6. European Consumer Withdrawal Rights (If Applicable)

For consumers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract (such as an online purchase) within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification. This withdrawal period is extended to 30 days as our standard policy. The conditions and processes outlined in sections 1-4 of this policy apply to exercising this right. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the items were defective or incorrect.

7. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

As mentioned, certain items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This is clearly stated on the product detail page before purchase. These include, but are not limited to, sale items marked “Final Sale,” made-to-order pieces, personalized products, and items from specific collaborations.
